Hi! I'm Gracia. It is pronounced Gray-sha. I have lived in Minot all my life and joined the Watne team in 2019. Real estate has always been interesting to me, and I am excited to be a part of it. I have a high school aged daughter and 2 Scottish Terriers at home. I purchased that home for us in 2020, and it is the perfect fit. That being said, I'm recent with the anxieties of purchasing your first home and any home in general. Everyone deserves an agent that will do the work for them and take the pressure off. I am that agent! After bartending and serving for the past 9 years, I gained exceptionally good customer service skills that help with both clients and outside help such as other agents, bankers, and insurance agents. Having a cleaning company for 10 years has taught me the value of hard work. I use these skills as a Realtor every day.
